NobilisLink Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

Disclosing Party: NobilisLink LLC and its affiliates.
Receiving Party: [Client/Partner Name] (“Recipient”).

1. Purpose

The parties wish to explore a potential business relationship involving confidential information.

2. Definition of Confidential Information

• Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:

• Business strategies, plans, and data

• Technical specifications, designs, and prototypes

• Financial details, pricing, and projections

• Client and partner lists

• Proprietary research and intellectual property

3. Obligations of Recipient

Recipient shall:

• Use Confidential Information solely for the agreed purpose.

• Not disclose Confidential Information to third parties without written consent.

• Protect Confidential Information with reasonable security measures.

4. Exclusions

Confidential Information does not include information that:

• Is publicly known without breach of this Agreement

• Is received from a third party without breach of confidentiality

• Is independently developed without use of Confidential Information

5. Term & Survival

This Agreement remains in effect for 3 years from the date signed, unless otherwise extended in writing. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

6. Return or Destruction

Upon request, Recipient shall return or destroy all Confidential Information and confirm compliance in writing.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of State of Florida, USA.
